Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and outgoing product :
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for part inspection
- Use measurement and test equipment (e.g., calipers, thread gages, profilometers, CMM, etc.)
- Complete inspection records as required
- Assist with control of nonconforming products : Identification, segregation, communication, problem solving, and disposition as required
- Assist in continual improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Command of the English language and ability to communicate with others
- Education Experience in production quality or machinist trades preferred : Trade School certificate, Vo-Tech School certificate, AA / AS Technology, High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience
- CMM programming skills in PC-DMIS are a plus
